Gisela Here es Diseñadora Gráfica (UBA, 2002), Magíster en Diseño Comunicacional (FADU-UBA, 2017) y Magíster en Estéticas Contemporáneas Latinoamericanas (UNDAV, 2026), doctoranda en Artes y Tecnoestéticas (UNTREF). Docente investigadora (CIEP/CIDIPROCO-UNDAV). Cuenta con mas de veinticinco años de experiencia en la creación, realización y producción de piezas diseño tanto en el medio impreso como en el digital. En 2006, tras haber trabajado para imprentas, estudios de diseño y productoras, comienza con su proyecto independiente como diseñadora freelance para clientes locales e internacionales.
Gisela is a Buenos Aires-based graphic designer and professor. She has been working in the visual arts since 1999, bringing over two decades of professional experience. In 2006, she launched her independent practice as a freelance designer, working for both local and international clients.
Alongside her design practice, Gisela teaches and conducts research at two major universities in Buenos Aires, maintaining an active academic career. In 2016, she earned her first Master’s degree in Graphic Design Theory with a thesis titled “Modern Dislocations: Uncoverings and Displacements in Modern Graphic Design.” In April 2026, she completed a second Master’s degree in Contemporary Latin American Aesthetics with her thesis “Techno-Rhetorics of the Self: Aesthetics and Politics of the Design of the Self in Control Societies.” She is currently completing her Ph.D. coursework in Arts and Techno-Aesthetics at the National University of Tres de Febrero (UNTREF).
